I called YY Security for a comparison quote to support a complaint against a different locksmith company who scammed me (for anyone reading DO NOT use LondonLocksmiths24h.co.uk). Charlie at YY security was really sympathetic, and quickly provided a comparison quote after I sent him the relevant information. He also provided me with good advice on other organisations to speak to for support with the rogue locksmiths - and I wasn't even a customer of the store. Incredibly impressed with their customer service - restored a bit of faith in humanity.
