Ann (Crighton Chambers) defended me against a mobile motoring charge under the new legislation introduced in March 2022. Her knowledge and enthusiasm for the case was unlimited, she must be one of the best legal minds in the field of motoring law. Prepared my case with a complete forensic examination of all the facts, location of the alleged offence, weather at the time, specifics of my vehicle, police statement/video etc. At the trial she convinced the Court that there was insufficient evidence to convict me with and had the charges dropped and a defence costs order awarded. Firstly, ALL 5 star reviews should tell you how brilliant Ann is without a shadow of a doubt! Ann represented my husband for an appeal hearing for a driving without insurance offence. He attended the initial hearing without legal representation and received a 9 month disqualification. From start to end Ann went above and beyond to support him, she completed forms, sent emails all within the same hour of being instructed. She had an incredible way about her, taking the time to get to know us, making us feel comfortable and not treating it as simply a business transaction. Ann had a wealth of expert knowledge when dealing with my husbands case and we would not hesitate in recommending her onto anyone in a similar position.
