I had a bad experience overall, which was a total shame. Firstly I ordered my food and sat at the table to wait. As they then told me my meal was ready and that I wanted to eat in, I had to pay 2.50 extra to do so. After that, they treated me like they didn't want me in the building and seemed very moody around me too. To make matters worse, I found an eyelash in my tartare sauce and a small one underneath the chips. In all, it was such a shame because the food quality was great but everything else let the side down completely and has therefore left a bad taste in the mouth of my experience there.
