QANTAS dont even deserve a 1 star. In all my years of travel QANTAS are the worst for customer care I have ever experienced. I arrived at Changi airport, Singapore, no luggage. I only had the clothes I wore. Tried to contact QANTAS to give me support, a vouchers but got nothing. Theres no one to talk to. I cant even find an email address to ask for compensation. I traced their London branch, it says its temporarily closed ! What are they hiding, its DISGRACEFUL !

I didnt even want to give one star! They are an absolute disgrace! - I have 4 numbers for Qantas UK and all are out of service - they are obvioulsy going down the tubes - don't use them!! They lost all my baggage a month ago and now won't answer emails or phone calls. No compensation or even acknowledgement from them.

Dreadful service. We're left stranded over the other side of the world with young children, tens of thousands out of pocket because of Qantas' aggressive cost-saving measures of cancelling flights. "Customer service" powerless and refuse to escalate. Disgusting.

Been trying to get a refund on my flight - impossible to get a response! Just spent an hour waiting on the phone with no answer. Seriously not happy!!

I only gave this one star as there was no option to give zero. We booked flights from Perth to London and changed the dates. When we talked to Qantas on the phone they said there is a AU$245 fee per person plus the AU$1,500 fair difference. This was all find by us. When we arrived in London they had taken the above fees and $1,700 on top of this!!! When we called them they said "we had to cancel your booking and rebook this hence the extra charge on your credit card". This is unacceptable. We have been calling Qantas since August 2022 and every time they say "our supervisor is well aware and will call you within 2 working days". But no one has called yet. Absolutely unacceptable. We even told them that we would take credit as we fly to Australia 1-2 times a year to visit family but no luck. Just terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible.
