        Hard to find and very disinterested reception staff who will not take the time to assist you. I had to flag down a user of the building to gain access to the lift. The meeting room l was shown into was quite cramped, overfilled with furniture and it's just as well l had my own drinks mug with me because hospitality was not offered in side the room itself. Teas / coffees orders had to be taken. I expected better for an important meeting with transport for London reps. The best part of this building is definitely the pretty planters outside.

        My sisters wedding was wonderful staff very friendly and will change things to suit you very clean and beautiful rooms, the stuff were very professional and friendly
