Fortunately I didn't see the reviews before I visited. I booked via treatwell and was amazed by the level of their massage treatment. I was so impressed I booked a package and sent my wife there and she was also happy. I almost feel like people are pretending they had a bad experience so they can keep this local gem hidden. The receptionist is a nice person, most people complaining about her are people that couldn't use a voucher or couldn't make noise. Reviews are always written by people that have bad experiences. Try it for yourself.
