I had my first laser hair removal session (body 1) with Andreea. Great place to be in, great service provided by all the team from the start to the end. Andreea is a professional and experienced LHR therapist, she also managed to make the procedure easier for me by explaining all the steps, as it was my first time receiving this service. This clinic deserves more than 5 stars! The customer service, laser treatment and overall hygiene is amazing. They really do look after you, I would like to thank Chrissie the receptionist who always is professional, gives good information and is very accommodating. I would also like to thank and highly recommend Tatiana, who made me feel so comfortable I nearly fell asleep! I felt safe in her hands, she explained many things to me and is very accommodating. This is the best laser clinic I have ever been to, I will be coming back for more treatments. I also love that the staff are very kind, friendly and lovely!
