Hamlet Gardens

Renting a furnished flat from stateside sight unseen is quite a challenge as you might imagine. We were VERY fortunate to stumble upon Hamlet Gardens. The flats are clean, well-maintained, have adequate room and wardrobe space, relatively new appliances and fixtures, and are equipped with a reasonable amount of kitchen cookware, utensils, flatware, etc to get started. There were a few repairs needed but the management sees to these quickly and really tries to make things right. The location is amazing--the tube, the Thames, and every possible shop, pub, or service you could wish for is within 10 minutes walk in Hammersmith or Chiswick. The real secret of Hamlet Gardens is MONIQUE, the property manager. She makes helpful suggestions, attends to any needed repairs quickly by dispatching their very capable maintenance crew, and above all is an upbeat and "can-do" person. Monique made our transition to London as smooth as she possibly could. Highly recommend!

I've been staying in Hamlet Gardens since early 2020. The flat's are neat, and spacious enough. the furniture and appliances are comfortable. So in a nutshell flat is good. But more important is the management and staff, they are always friendly, smiling and looking for help making your stay comfortable. They are supportive on solving any problem/ issue thet might arise related to flat. Maintenance, building cleaning, window cleaning, security control of electrical appliances etc. are all managed by them. As s frequent traveler, this was a great service for me , I never had to think about anything that is related to flat when I was away. Great service... Special thanks to Monique Johnson, Daniella Smith and of course to Paul Sennett making for making my stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable!

Very good experience during a 4 months short let. Would highly recommend Residential Land and the Hamlet Gardens property. Very friendly and efficient service from the agency and support during our stay. Easy check in and check out process.

Impeccable Service from both Paul & Monique. I had the pleasure of staying with Residential Land's Hamlet Garden Branch for almost 2 years. I couldn't recommend a better company
