I adopted a cat from cats protection mitcham and they had the first vaccination done at vet morden so it seemed logical for me to take him there for his second vaccination. On the way there I hit traffic and as a result I was 10 minutes late so they refused to see me. The receptionist was really unsympathetic and didn't seem to care that I had travelled a long way and stressed my cat out. I understand that I was late but I just felt the customer service was terrible I now I have to start my vaccination all over again my cat was very stressed because of this I live in dorking and will not be using this vet again

There is a new Vet/salesperson who is so aggressive in his technique and seems to care more about the then the animals. I certainly won't be returning. A know a few people who have said the same.

My mother took her little dog to this vet on Sat and was very upset afterwards as she found the vet very short and unsympathetic with her. The vet also didnt seem to know much about dogs. Very unsatisfactory service for 98!!!

Last week we had a major problem with our dog Nellie. She was unfortunately extremely unwell. I booked an appointment online rushed to the vets, and thats really where the story starts. From the minute the receptionist came to the car to take Nellie straight to the nursing staff to the moment that some 9 days later Nellie was discharged we were in safe hands. Nellie is a schnauzer and four years old, she had pancreatitis which unfortunately is a breed thing. Nellie had 9 days with the The Vet Morden and three nights at an all night vets in Staines. We cannot fault the level of care that our Nells received. Every member of the team is so caring and kind that it helps to put you at ease. Some days were very dark we wondered if our Nells would turn the corner. We dealt with a number of vets who were excellent and explained what the plan was daily and when we picked Nells up in the evening what would happen the next day.Natalie and Andrew are in our minds outstanding, we cant Thank them enough for the care shown to Nells and to us, without them this whole nine day whirlwind could have been a lot worse. So in closing this vets is brilliant but it brilliant because of the people who work in the practice. Every member of the team is special and without them you dont have a practice just an empty building. I hope that the senior management team get to read this review, and personally thank the team on our behalf.Nellie is currently asleep on my lap, we did miss her.
