        This is a transformational course. I feel more connected, more grounded and more aware. It goes beyond what I imagined. I feel blessed for having the opportunity to do the Mindfulness Coaching Course with Jenny. I highly recommend her work. What she has done is really powerful, combining Life Coaching with Mindfulness is genius. However, what was even more special about her was her kindness (unbelievable price for all that she gives) and the way how she delivered the course, (support and love from her heart) it works like magic for me. Yenny, I cannot say thank you enough. You are making a difference in the world!

        Wonderful Retreat with Jenny Rowlandsat at Seaford. Great mix of activities and some free time This was my first and it didn't disappoint. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely do another of Jenny's.
