Fieldway Care Home

I can't rate this care home highly enough. Went there on a couple of occasions to view this for my mom (as she needs 24/7 care due to dementia) and from the moment I arrived in reception to be shown around right through to her moving in and settling down, everything was seamless including the application process. All the staff are ALWAYS caring, friendly, happy and organised - and whilst I still find it difficult to accept my mom needs to be locked up for her own protection, it really is such a pleasure to visit as everyone is so pleasant and everywhere completely spotless with communication super efficient and thorough at all times. My mom's room is large and lovely with her own ensuite toilet room with basin - both beautifully maintained - and decorated with her personal belongings making it feel a real home from home. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the team that cared for my termily ill mum. She came to you in February and sadly passed away on Thursday 15th September. Your care and compassion not only for mum but for me and my sister has been above and beyond. I want to thank each and everyone of you. You made our time a little more bearable considering the circumstances. You took my mum under your wing, you treated her with dignity and respect through out so again thank you. Your home became our home. Warm and welcoming . We shall miss you all. All our love Karen and Rosie

Visited to fix kitchen equipment and the staff was so helpful and place was spotless clean. Very impressive
