        Extremely poor workmanship. I have been trying to engage you in a discussion for the past year. You have studiously ignored all correspondence from me (including those sent by recorded delivery) and chosen not to repond. I have asked you on multiple occasions about the details of payments you claim not to have received. Again no response from you. It's costing me a great amount of money to fix things that were not working as intended within a year of being installed. I hope you understand that you left me with no other recourse. I'm still open to engage in a constructive dialogue should you so wish to choose.
