This Plumber came the same day to quote on the replacement of a column radiator on a communal heating system. He offered great advice on how to deal with the problem at a minimal cost, rather than full replacement which would be much more expensive. Effectively he did himself out of a job by explaining how better to achieve a suitable outcome. I very much appreciated his honest view. He was very professional and helpful and very prompt communication.
