The Yellow Van Company

Booked the yellow van company at very short notice on the day of the move due to an earlier no show from another company I had booked days in advance. They managed to get a van to me only hour and half after I booked with them and saved the day so recommend.

The WORST experience in my life. Read those low star reviews, they are real!!! I booked this company based on their high score in Google review, however, they are really bad. Even thinking about that day makes me angry and sad. And when I come back to read those with 1 stars, it all make sense. The service you will be getting is the same as what we are getting, so Stay Away. Firstly, you will need to help them move everything out of your flat, then help them move in to the van. They then drive you to your location, and will put all your things to outside of your building, and leave because they have another customer waiting. You will have to end up moving everything into your flat all by yourself, and YES, they just leave everything outside the building, on the street. Choose them if you want to do the moving yourselves. There is no difference than hiding a van yourself. It is not a moving company, it is a van Uber. Dont know where the high scores come from. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Weve used the Yellow van company twice in the past month and Everyone we've dealt with has been amazing, but big shout out to our two movers on both occasions (Darryl and Iliyan / Alan and Dan!) Both teams were amazing, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble -really professional service, we literally could not fault them :) will be using again for sure!
