We have had hell for 3 yrs from a previous company so Ive been so worried. Can honestly say, this Company has restored my faith. The carers are kind, understanding and very patient. Always within the times on care plan. Speak to my Nan with respect, lots of praises etc. The owner, Humaira is very professional but always with a personal touch. Always happy to discuss things and adapt the care plan to meet our needs. I feel that we have been listened to and the care given is 100%. The only thing I would like to change would be, the carers recording system. Raza use a digital recording and at present, family have no access to this imformation. I like to read the daily recordings myself but we do have cameras and 'more than happy' with what Ive seen. It would be nice to have access to the 'Birdie' system tho. Overall, our allocated carers are very kind, caring, understanding ladies who have shown my Nan, the upmost respect. Defo recommend Raza Home Care.
