Friendly and helpful, thanks. Would prefer it if they'd stocked more of the main brands rather than their own. Kids just want the same as their friends, I get that.

These guys are so awesome. I went in there with my 5 children and they so kindly gave my kids a ball each, and some fun coloured sticky sheets to decorate their bats with. I was amazed at their selection and the quality of everything so I purchased some bits. I will most definitely be returning to this shop for all of our cricket needs. Good bunch of guys. I had a poor customer experience at this shop. On a Saturday afternoon, in advertised opening hours, the door was locked (had to call the owner to get in...). The store was in disorder. There was a very polite professional cricketer (clearly paying her way by refurbishing bats) who tried to help, but she had to keep ringing the owner to clarify which bats were knocked in, what the prices were etc. Having agreed a price for a bat, it then turned out it was not as described and I had to pay by cash as the card machine was broken... It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this shop given the reviews, and the people involved were clearly nice and well-meaning. But I ended up finding it impossible to summon the confidence to spend 150+ at this shop, especially given how much of the stock was own brand or refurbished.
