Cassar Academy of Choi Kwang Do

A Black Belt!! Imagine that? It's nearly four and a half years since I started with the Cassar Academy. On Saturday 10th December I completed the grading for my Black Belt along with 10 other students. I cannot stress the importance of the role of Master Cassar, Mrs Sing and the team played in this. As I progressed through the Belt ranks their coaching and training was just right at all times. They judge when to push, when to encourage, when to have fun at the right time. Plus it feels so well targeted to each student's individual requirements. The combination of a programme which stretches the mind as well as the body whilst providing a whole new set of skills is challenging but really enjoyable. Of course they would say a Black Belt is just the beginning and I know it is. Thanks for getting me this far. I have attended the Cassar Academy for just over a year. The environment and atmosphere is excellent - clean, well equipped, upbeat. The team is professional, patient and always willing to help everyone at all times. A great experience and one I'd recommend to anyone - regardless of age or ability.

Lively, fun and caring environment. The team is enthusiastic, full of charisma and passion for martial arts. Master Cassar pays a great deal of attention to personal development and understands the essence of positive thinking. The team can help you go beyond your limiting beliefs, learn discipline and achieve your goals. In particular, I would like to recommend "Cassar Academy of Choi Kwang Do" to parents. It is a great environment for children and adults to become happier, stronger and even more successful individuals. If we do not programme ourselves, life will programme us. This is a martial arts school.There are very competent coaches with good attitude towards children.

Tuesday and Thursday 815pm Adult classes are fantastic, Master Cassar and his team are friendly, professional and passionate about what they do - best martial arts school in U.K. hands down!
