Wow, I'm absolutely chuffed with my experience with Care and Cure Nutraceuticals and Dr. Wali Ahmad! Let me tell you, not only do I feel amazing, but the whole process was dead easy. First of all, I have to say, their website has a cracking range of supplements. I found exactly what I needed for my health issues in no time, and they give you all the info you need about each supplement's ingredients, benefits, and recommended dose. So, I knew exactly what I was getting and how to take it. And the supplements and packaging? Proper top-notch quality. They were easy to take and didn't leave any nasty aftertaste either. But the icing on the cake was definitely Dr. Wali Ahmad. He gave me personalized guidance on how to get the most out of my supplements and even offered some awesome advice on how to stay healthy overall. He was dead approachable and really knew his onions. You could tell he genuinely cared about my well-being. All in all, I'd highly recommend Care and Cure Nutraceuticals and Dr. Wali Ahmad to anyone looking for natural and effective health solutions. It was such a positive experience, and I can't wait to keep going and feel my best!

Beware!!! It will be a long review, but here it goes. I consulted Care&Cure for my mother who suffers from heart burn and depression. We had a phone appointment (the doc made it really brief and did not take any history at all), sold us a ton of supplements, charged a hell of a money only to later find that i was over-charged (which is still ok - mistakes happen). I was told that i will get the refund in a week, It has been more than two months and i am still chasing for payment. Every time i hear that the doc is in Spain and that the staff will remind him. Other (and main) issue is that my mother actually got worse straight after taking his supplements for a couple of days, to the point that she could hardly eat/drink anything. I tried contacting Care&Cure, but they would not let me talk to the doc unless i pay another 50. Now where in this world does that happen - your patient is suffering severely because of your medication and you are not even willing to see her without a cost - i mean wow. How on this earth is he allowed to practice in a country like UK. Since then, I took my mother to another reputable functional doctor - who did the necessary tests required before giving her any medication / supplements / diet plan, (Care&Cure do not conduct any tests, all they try and do is sell their supplements - yes they have their own label - things make sense now) - and my mother is feeling a lot better. I do a lot of research and i appreciate the work that functional medicine / nutrition does, but there has to be a code of conduct and it needs to be practiced in an ethical way - you have to act like a doctor and not a banker or a butcher to start with.

Id certainly recommend seeing Dr Wali and taking his advice on the recommended supplements. It's made me better in many ways and full of energy.
