When they took our laundry on Thursday, they promised it would be ready for pickup on Saturday the same week.
The shop wasn't even open on Saturday all day, and it took them extra two working days after that to return the clothing, so it was ready by Tuesday.
God forbid I need the items that are in there and I take what they say at face value...
Never messaged, zero communication. When my partner asked them why the delay, they handled it with a simple "sorry", but 5 back would have been appreciated more. I can't do much with sorry. 12 for a small bag like this that is 3 days overdue is very generous from the customer...
If you don't know your opening hours or have no clue when it will be done, just say so, so I can take my business elsewhere. The shop is closed so many times when it's supposed to be open, it's actually a joke... Unreliable.
