Very friendly staff. I had a badly fitted privacy curtain fitted by another company, (not Gemini). I called Gemini to explain I needed an extension piece & the MD Barry said he'd sort me out the piece for reasonable cost. I was delighted & traveled up to their base in Morden. He even gave me fitting tips. Very good service to very high standards. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I had an appalling experience with this company from the very beginning. The salesman was very late to the appontment and never even called to give me an estimated time of arrival. I had to call a few time to find out if he's even coming. Eventially, they sent the quote, however even that was very late and I had to chase it a few times. I payed the deposit and I was told that the shutters will take about 16 weeks to arrive. After patiently waiting for 4 months, I called Gemini blinds to check on the progress, only to be told that they could't find me in the system and that they will call me the following day with the update. Four days later, they called to tell me that my order has never been processed. I wonder at what point, if any, they would call if I didn't once again chase for the update. Although, they give you a slightly better deal the whole process is unprofessional and unproductive. The owner never called to apologise or explain what went wrong, even though I asked to speak to him directly. Extremely poor managment - not worth the hassle!!
