The Shak

As a Jamaican Im worried that people who have never visited any Caribbean country use this place as a representative. I had the oxtail and this was probably the worse tasting, looking and serving of oxtail i have ever seen. The seasoning applied to the oxtail is nonexistent and it has the flavour of a chicken foot soup, the rice texture was a mighty 2.4/10, The rice felt like they found the cheapest rice to cook and serve. I am of the firm belief that no one who works for that restaurant is actually from the Caribbean. Overall 3/10

I had to put the food in the bin. The meal was the most disappointing, distasteful , awful food I have ever eaten in my life. I couldn't even finish it. The food tasted so bad. The food smells badly. No way this was cook by a Caribbean person.I am sorry I am leaving such a negative comment. However, the chef needs to be changed.
