        I would give this 0 stars if I could. I have placed an order on the 1st April and its now 14th April with zero updates whatsoever (note they state on their website they dispatch orders within 1 working day). I have emailed a number of times, as well as tried to call on the number provided but surprise surprise nobody ever answered. After a little bit of research on the company I have realised Ive been scammed. The companys address does not exist either, its an auto shop warehouse. I believe the company is no longer in business but the website is still up so they can get paid and take no responsibility for their actions. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

        I ordered a bottle of aftershave for my husband on the 5th of February for Valentines Day. Money was taken from my account on the 5th and I received an email stating that my order was being processed and then nothing more. It is now Valentines Day and my package has still not arrived, in addition I have not been provided with any tracking information. This company despite being open do not answer phone calls and are yet to respond to an email I sent. This is very poor. I am about to open a case with PayPal as I do not trust businesses that do not communicate and are non contactable. A package being sent from London to Edinburgh should not take this long to arrive. Be wary when ordering from this site.

        Had a great experience ordering from here. Royal Mail lost my parcel and they contacted me to let me know what happened and just had great communication throughout. They resent my parcel through DHL and it came quickly after that! Im very happy with the customer service I received.

        Ordered jhl just before Christmas haven't received any kind of acknowledgement altho they are now open they're not answering any calls . So they've taken my monies and now there's no contact whatsoever . This has all the hallmarks of a shady company..
