        Im appalled with the attitude of the post office staff, after posting an item last week that was guaranteed next business day. One week ago the tracking shows accepted at Raunds post office then nothing further. I went back to the post office today and the staff member told me she was not working last week and it was nothing to do with her. It was clear from the look on her face that my worries about the item being lost was of no concern at all. At the very least I expected them to check on their system to try and help and check to confirm it was no longer at Raunds post office.
