Always very happy to take Ember to Claire. We now have an 11month old pup and would definitely be keen to take her to Claire, does a brilliant job

Worst experience one can have. Avoid is my advice. Claire is both verbally abusive to her potential customers even when they remain professional & courteous with her. She forces a policy & unfair term that she does not communicate until after a booking is made & attempts to dance around the price, is non responsive or gives you approx price . If challenged on her practice; then she acts to force a cancellation and hurl abuse instead of listening to customers voice. Wouldn't trust my animal with her as lacks professionalism is my view. Avoid !! The Rottweiler attitude!! She will no doubt bite!! Avoid if you want to keep your sanity!!

Bella our dog looks always great after the haircuts at Claire's. She is an anxious dog but Claire knows how to handle her. the price is great too! we used pets at home once before we found Claire. we paid more there and the haircut was really uneven and looked not nice.
