David was absolutely brilliant when servicing our boiler and fitting our new thermostat. I requested a quote through his website, and he got back to me the next day, we discussed what I wanted and he arranged to come and do the work the following week. He turned up on time, and did an outstanding job fitting our new thermostats, and making sure that we knew exactly how to use them. And after he had serviced the boiler he made sure we were aware of some of the common faults and issues our boiler is known to have, information that is extremely useful to have. I left a message for Dave one evening and he contacted me the following morning. I explained that I wanted my boiler serviced and he told me exactly what he would do for the service and how much it would cost. This cost was very competitive compared with other local providers. He arrived at the pre-arranged time and carried out the service as we had discussed. Even though the work took considerably longer to carry out than Dave had expected, he never suggested that the charge would be anything other than what he had originally quoted. I was extremely impressed by Dave's professionalism and pleasant manner and have every intention of using him when I next need plumbing work carried out.
