Embroidery & Printing Services

This has been the worst experience from a company I have ever come across. Communication was great in the beginning, but as soon as my money had been taken, communication has been terrible. It took 2 months for my work uniform to be sent to me, and I was constantly chasing them for a completion date, but it was constantly being delayed. When it eventually arrived, my clothing looked fantastic, loved it. But within days of wearing them, my navy blue items quickly faded with pinkish staining on the back. They were looking terrible. I decided to send them back for them to take a look at. They told me it was chemicals that I was using that caused it but I don't use chemicals so that wasn't true. This took them another 2 to 3 months to come to this conclusion. As a good will gesture, they said they would send me sole replacements but that was about 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back since. It's been almost 4 months since I sent my work uniform back. Its ridiculious. It's stressed me out. Please do not use this company. The biggest waste of my money and time!!

Raunds Embroidery came to our rescue when we were in desperate need of a new uniform supplier for our organisation. The service we received was amazing, they took the time to get to know who we were, what we wanted and then advised not only on the best garments to go for, but also to fit our budget. They then took our design brief and made it look absolutely crisp. I cannot imagine using anyone else for our uniform, we haven't only got a uniform provider, we have someone who is genuinely interested in us and our brand. Thank you

Excellent service, highly recommended. They did a superb job on a difficult (and expensive!) fabric, in record time. Couldn't be more pleased, 10 out of 10!
