We started our journey with Karl about 18 months ago, he designed us three lovely houses for a plot of land we own It has taken a long time, as the field fell outside the planning boundary. Karl has assisted us every step of the way. Came to our house for consultations, and did everything for us. He didn't mind how many times we emailed him and was always very kind when we were worried. He chased things up for us and made things as easy as he could for us. Last night our planning was granted. We cannot thank Karl enough for all his hard work and diligence and we would highly recommend Karl to anyone else starting the process of planning.

Our project was not large and I wondered if it would get the high standards of service that Karl has a reputation for. In fact throughout the process ( and we are 'picky') his service was excellent in every way, easily accessible, prompt reactions to requests, good value, good ideas, cost aware, effective and helpful in every way.

Excellent professional service and beautiful plans created by Karl for a bungalow conversion into a house. Karl has great vision and has worked with me every step of the way to create exactly what I need from a home and gave great thought and attention to detail. Every question answered as I was new to all of the requirements needed for my renovation plans. Thanks to Karl's friendly and knowledgeable service, everything has run very smoothly, even the planning application stage through the Lake District Planning Board. Works are due to start soon and Karl has made sure everything needed is in place. I would highly recommend Karl Fox for any architectural needs.

Excellent. Great service and very friendly. Karl recently helped us get planning permission for our bungalow extension and full conversion to a 4 bedroom house. His experience and knowledge made a smooth planning process. Would highly recommend.
