Had a lovely birthday dinner here. Each course was so special and the service was excellent. Wishing the team loads of success, they really deserve it.

It might have been due to the imminent Mothers' Day but I have never seen The Brewers so popular and there was quite a hubbub of chatter. My first course of smoked trout was delicious accompanied with some home-baked bread and silky smooth butter. My main course looked very mean on the plate but the belly pork was delicious as was the tiny piece of pork scratching. But to be served alongside a mean teaspoon of rice was mean! However, it left enough room for the dessert which was a scrumptious date sponge with a scoop of ice cream. Two courses for 22 and three for 25 helped to offset the nouvelle cuisine of the main course. But I would return.

We had their two course fixed price lunch menu. The food was some of the best food We have ever tasted. Exquisite. Service was friendly and excellent. Would definitely recommend Thank you for a wonderful lunch, an interlude of delight.
