We have leased an office from Building-to-let for the past 5 years. We can highly recommend renting office space here, the location is excellent with easy access from Junction 24, pleasurable surroundings in a quiet, peaceful environment. The office was situated nicely within the farm and was very private. Many of our clients really liked the surroundings and saw it as a refreshing change from a corporate inner city environment. We had plenty of parking for our needs, the customer service was excellent and the response time to any issues we encountered were met very promptly. The price is also very reasonable for the facilities.

Fabulous location just off Junction 24 M1, very easy access overall using the local road networks, very quiet and tranquil location and never any issues for parking at all, the owner Roy deals with anything needing attention immediately, extremely cost effective offices and storage facilities and safe too. Would most definitely recommend to anyone wishing to rent safe and secure premises.

It was such a relief when I found Winking Hill Farm, we needed a mix of cost effective corporate offices and workshops within a beautiful setting. Winking Hill Farm was the only place that ticked all the boxes for us. Perfectly located just off the M1 motorway and a stones throw from East MIdlands Parkway our customers can easily get to us by road or train. From a logistics point of view it's just a few miles away from Screwfix, B&Q and RS Components. The Farm is very well kept, Roy takes great pride in keeping the place looking extremely presentable and if you need anything Roy is very approachable and accomodating with any requests. To summerise Winking Hill Farm is an excellent place for your Office/workshop or storage needs. I highly recommend to any prospect clients.

Great place to rent office space or store a caravan or trailer. The owner is also OK with work being done on the property.
