Benlowe Group Ltd

Absolutely rubbish. Avoid at all costs. We moved into our new home with windows supplied & fitted be benlowe. 2 were already damaged @ 1 failed (shattered) within days. Be low didnt want to know but eventually changed then after serious arguments & threats from the building company. Weve just had another big window shatter. Again benlowe dont want to know & want me to pay for a replacement. Its only 3 years old & wouldnt come out to measure for a replacement. Benlowe have come up with all sorts of excuses including a rapid change of temperature which there wasnt. There engineer has just been to replace it, theyve ordered the wrong size! He confirmed it failed due to a fault or pressure when fitted. Benlowe dont want to know. They are rubbish. Use them at your peril.

Staff are friendly. It's a tight site in the middle of a village otherwise would've got 4 stars. Toilet graffiti is hilarious

speaking as an temporary employee who worked there for 1 day so about the company my score reflects my opinion absolutely outstanding worked as a driver was very nervous as don't live local could not have been more helpful a complete opposite to the window manufacturer near me in Mansfield excellent service efficient factory friendly staff
