So I called and a lady answered the phone with Hello!
No personal name, No business name, just a sharp Hello!.
I then went on to ask if I've called the right place to then she replied yes so I said could I have a quote for a certain flooring and she said yes but we can't fit it until the new year!.
Which my reply then was oh ok, I was just shocked if the tone of her voice so I didn't really know what to say she then replied to do you still want the quote or not!?
I said no thank you I'll leave it.
The phone was then put down with no bye to which I didn't catch if she did say bye.
Maybe this unnamed lady would be better finding a career she enjoys because clearly this one isn't the right one for her.
No growing business deserves unprofessionalism, one bad phone call could potentially lose the company a large amount of business.
