I was waiting for my order from morning as 3 days before u were not able to deliver it to me.. no update on my package just write me that u wasnt able to deliver it to me because i wasnt home.. i was home all day waiting ... worst company I can't get in touch with customer services..

Dropped off two parcels here for amazon returns, one went back to amazon and the other mysteriously disappeared and not delivered. Hermes says it's at shop so I returned there but met with rudeness from the shop who say they gave it to the driver. Then proceeded to say they would not give a receipt for another parcel or scan parcel in after I printed a return label. So dodgy and I will never use this place again. *** Just to add, my parcel has still never turned up. Thankfully after reporting this to amazon I have been given a refund. So I suppose shop has stolen/lost my package.
