A 5 star consultation. I went to meet Darren for a consultation on my car. Essentially I wanted to restore the new look and aesthetics on what is an 8 year old vehicle. Darren was very professional and clearly someone who has had a lot of experience in this area of work over the last few decades. We spoke about the different options of paint restoration and we talked about the amount of work he will conduct, including the details of it. of work that will go into it. As a customer, I felt assured, valued and absolutely no pressure or obligation to buy. I left Bespoke Solutions armed with information and an indication of cost. I will be updating this entry with the actual work and some pics in late January 2023.

This is the 2nd time I have used Darren now; 1st time was on my 26-year-old Merc and the most recent on my 4-year-old Rangy, both with tired paintwork, swirls a plenty and just overall dull! I had a 2-stage machine polish on both and opted for a ceramic coating pro to lock in the results, which were epic! I'm very fussy and have used a couple of other detailers in the past and not been overly impressed, Darren's work how blew me away both times and I cannot recommend him enough. Took my Tesla to Darren for PPF and also for the calipers painting. Darren was brilliant at explaining what would be done and then delivered as the finish was excellent. The calipers were fantastic and the work that Darren did to get such a great finish just shows how much he cares about what he does, so much so that I've booked in with him to have a ceramic coat put on as well. He's also a top bloke.
