Mcfield residential were excellent from beginning to end of our purchase. The two women we dealt with are Natalie and vicki if Im not mistaken were very helpful and professionalso yes an excellent estate agent.

McField are absolute workhorses - they dont seem to get a moments rest! Theyre always on hand to take calls, prompt to respond to emails, and quick to give you the help you need. James and his team have a fantastic understanding of the markets, and really help to get you the right buyer for your house. Having used other agents in the area and had poor experiences, I couldnt recommend McField enough.

During our house sale, McField failed to find out just how big a chain our buyer was in (we only learnt this a month later from another agent when an offer we made on a house was declined for this reason). We would have rejected the offer if we knew the size of their chain. Later the buyer pulled out of the sale and Mcfield threatened to still charge us the 1% 'sale' fee!! This is not even in their T&C's. Terrible service from start to finish and we had to do most of the chasing ourselves. We eventually sold our house to another buyer after 6 months but before then we missed out on buying a home because of McField and had the worry we were going to be charged nearly 2k when our house hadn't even sold. Selling our house with McField has been a nightmare experience.
