Well Ive just been Reading some of the reviews Weve just ordered some of the Pen panels to create our own run, excellent quality heavy duty but not too heavy, easy to put together ,arrived within two days , and speaking to them on the phone I found them very helpful and friendly, happy to assist ,The delivery guy was a nice guy and helpful I just cant fault the service so Im not sure whats going off with the other reviews Perhaps people just expect too much !! Well I wouldnt hesitate to shop there again and Im a pretty fussy person

Very poor customer service,they delivered with damaged box,i called them they said they are not responsible for it and we have to contact to delivery company etc or pay extra for new one,i spoke to them over the phone for new packaging as we need to ship it to Uzbekistan,they just did not want to take responsibility for it,end of conversation I was wished "a good luck" by Customer service assistant, THINK ONE MORE TIME BEFORE TO DEAL WITH THEM

absolutely shocking company - paid 40.00 for insulated chicken coop - notified them within 3 weeks that the inside was swimming in condensation and as weather has got colder that has turned to ice. They kept saying they needeed to get in touch with manufacturer (I said I bought it from you not them and would like a refund). They then informed me it was due to lack of ventilation (who knew???) doors are open all day and shut at night and every morning the inside is covered in ice. I said I bought this from you and its not fit for purpose please refund me and the lady had the audacity to tell me it was fit for purpose !! so after I had chiselled the chickens out I phoned again to be told I would have a partial refund in my bank either that day or the next and guess what .............

I purchased 2 x prestige bolt on dog bowls costing almost 100.00 for my 2 German Shepherd puppies to have in their new kennels/run. After just 2 months the weld on one of the bowl holders broke allowing the bowl to drop to the floor. I emailed Ideas4pets on several occasions and tried to call them, nobody ever replies to your email or answers the phone. I would not recommend using this company as there appears to be no guarantee or after sales service!! The bowl holder is a great idea but purchase from a different supplier!!
