        These mentoring sessions have really helped my daughter build her confidence. She always feels more positive after a session and her growing confidence has helped her cope with anxiety issues upon returning to school after lockdown. Andy always focuses on what my daughter feels helps her and what she would like to concentrate on each week and myself and teachers have noticed a change in how my daughter is able to react to situations which may have previously been challenging.I would definitely recommend the service.

        My son has been seeing Andrew for awhile now about confidence and anxiety and I would highly recommend. I see how much he has grown in confidence, I don't here much about his anxiety anymore he is opening up so much now and talks about everything. It's great to know how this has also helped in his school his confidence has grown so much. He looks forward to his session mostly because he likes to win at the games with andrew I would highly recommend Andrew, his been absolutely fantastic.
