We've been working with Faith for a couple of years and we are really pleased with the work they produce for us. The team are friendly, professional, creative and full of ideas on how to maximise our key messages. They ensure we have a clear strategy in place for our comms to generate the best results. I highly recommend Stef and the team.

I used Faith PR for my vehicle leasing business Kudos. I was looking for a series of email marketing campaigns to attract new and potential audiences, and they did just that! Brilliant service and always on hand to answer questions. I hope to work with them again on future projects.

Faith PR did a good job with several of our PR campaigns, so we offered them a social media contract. However, they did a terrible job with it. Before Christmas, we had a meeting with Annace, who presented a plan and proposal for the account. But when we actually started working with them, they informed us that Annace was "sick" and someone called Rhianne would be taking over temporarily. Despite repeated inquiries by me and Robby over 2-3 months about Annace's return, we were only told that she would not be returning to the business when I brought it up during a Zoom call. We discovered that Rhianne was just an apprentice at Faith PR, which explained the many mistakes made in our social media. There were no clear calls-to-action, no proofreading of copy, and stories and posts that did not make sense. They even posted identical content on Facebook and Instagram, without tailoring it to each platform. Moreover, they posted a message on social media that contained some internal comments that were not intended for public view. In short, the quality of their social media work was a significant letdown compared to their earlier PR campaigns.
