        Jay is an excellent educator. He has the ability to focus in on the individual learning styles of students and adapt his material and approach accordingly. Lesson plans are always well thought out, with short, medium and long term objectives in mind. Its fair to say that in the years I have been learning with Jay my personal development on the instrument has greatly improved. Be mindful though, while Jay will illuminate the road ahead, its up to you whether you choose to travel along it.
