Had a fantastic call with nick the other morning. I have talked to and spent a lot of money with several well known and highly respected coaches in the HVAC industry. All have had the same basic approach and basically just say here is my model, do it or don't. I am trying to do something different in this space though. I was looking for help in understanding, not just directions on how to look like my competition. Nick helped me to gain perspective and clear thought on a difficult issue for me. I have used many coaches over the years and i finally feel like i found someone that can explain things on multiple levels and he takes the time to make sure i understand what we are talking about. He has refocused my mind and re-motivated me. I feel like i will be able to accomplish many things with his help along the way. I also prefer his approach to lettings us learn at our own pace rather than letting a little bit of information out at a time like some other coaches.
