Excellent service throughout, I actually was going to use another broker but on a whim spoke to Catherine. She ran me through my options, ensured I was well-informed and provided timely updates every step of the way. We ran into some small problems towards the end of the process and again she took ownership of the query and managed to get a resolution within a day meaning we could still go ahead with our given completion date. Would definitely use this firm again and have recommended to everyone else I know. Can't praise the service enough and surprisingly their service charge was extremely competitive beating out most the market I checked with!
