Danielle at Orca Estates in the Mansfield area was great to work with. She was very attentive and always kept us in the loop with regard to the process and guided us through it all nicely. Being first time buyers this was very helpful. She was available on the phone at almost any time. She was very good at getting back to us when we emailed or if she on a rare occasion missed our phone call. We also got a nice hamper on completion from Orca estates which included vouchers for buying things such as white goods which was a good bonus for us. All in all we had a very pleasant experience with Orca during the stressful times buying a house brings.

We've had quite a lot of experience with estate agents and how they can be. But our experience getting things arranged through Danielle at Orca was by far the best, they were honest, quick and were happy to help with anything we needed. We've been moved in for a year and a half now and it has stuck with us and are happy with everything.
