Dont take the risk - severe delays, poor communication! After submitting our paperwork and paying the deposit we were told the house would be complete in August/September. When summer arrived we were told there had been delays so it was now likely to be October/November (delays happen, we understood, and were expecting them). When winter started approaching we were told it would definitely be December. This process has repeated itself and we have reached the point that if things go well it should be done by March/April 2023. When we pushed for honesty we were told it might actually be May. We understand delays happen that are out of their control but thanks to the significantly extended wait we have been paying storage costs throughout this process and our mortgage offer is likley to expire, and will now be 3 times our original mortgage. Progress is happening at a snail's pace, and despite claims that we will see progress speed up all evidence points to the contrary. Unless the house is built or you are willing to wait for +1 year for the house I would not recommend.

Very poor after sales care. I bought my home from Rippon in Worksop October 2020 and still to-date after nearly 2 years I am chasing and debating what snags need completing. Its very hard work communicating to get work arranged and when it is its never done as promised. Corner cutting deception seems to be Rippons craft in my experience. The attention to detail in the finish is very poor. I would never buy a a Rippon home again.
