Home Repair Network Limited (HRNL)

Disgraceful company, extremley rude and unprofessional on top of being highly dishonest in their reporting. When independantly checking their work by several other companies it became clear that they falsify their reports to gain further work/contracts from insurance companies. Their shoddy work needed redoing at our cost, by another company (which were professionals) and when issues are raised to the HRNL agent he raised his voice in our own house. When following up with complaints via email they stonewall you and refuse to supply documents until threat of litigation is used. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! This company was assigned to by my insurance company Aviva. My new roof developed a leak after the recent storms (as alerted by the Met Office). After almost 3 weeks I get a response (after having to chase it). HRNL claim this was "wear and tear" and therefore was not covered by my policy. I had no idea that my policy was with HRNL - I was under the impression that I paid Aviva for my insurance. Not this 3rd party ltd company. The internal damage hasn't even been addressed. However I was offered a quote for repairing everything within the "copy & paste" response I received. Frankly I don't know who this company is or what they do but all I do know is that I pay Aviva for my insurance not this company. Service: Roof repair
