Design Living Space

We were recommended Design Living Space by some friends. From the moment we met Lee we found him professional, enthusiastic and easy to talk to. Planning permission was granted first time. We were more than happy with service Lee and his team provided.

I used design living space for my first project - an extension. Ill be honest and say I 100% made the right decision when I picked Lee and him team. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy, always so quick with replies, keep you in the loop with time frames and messages with other parties. They do not disappoint. I didnt really know what I wanted with the design of the extension but Lee had all the ideas, made sure I was happy and trust me when I say I was happy. He made it look like a dream and the dream has come true as Lee got everything passed. I would 100% recommend.

Lee and the team at Design Living Space have been fantastic and a pleasure to deal with. They already came very well recommend and I understand why. After my initial enquiry about loft extension/conversion they asked me to check a few things first which saved a lot of time, effort and money. Then Lee physically came out to have a look and made suggestions to help me. Everything was dealt with quickly and smoothly by them. From council approval or building regulations. They even gave recommendations on builders/companies they have worked closely with. I would definitely recommend

I can recommed Lee without reservation. I had a clear idea of what I wanted, but Lee took the time to discuss options, and made suggestions which have made everything better. The iniitial plans were high-quality and delivered on time, and he was patient when I wanted to make some minor changes. He also organised the building control arrangements and structural calculations. First-class, friendly service.

We were given Lees details via a friend, I have to say what excellent service from start to finish, the fact Lee always kept in touch , turned up on time , all went a long way , the input Lee put in after asking lots of questions about our forthcoming project gave us great confidence, I would highly recommend anybody with wanting architectural services to use Lee and his company .
