Safety Coaching

Having known Rob for over 5 years professionally I have worked with him on many levels, he has been influential in proposing and implementing successful safety strategies at several large industry organisations. Rob is a driven guy who has an implicit ability to identify where he can make the most valued contribution to an objective - and make it happen. While working together at a previous organisation that he was assisting, Rob was able to build team moral, set standards and overall achieve a cultural change in how peoples attitudes and behaviours affect safety. Considering economics of the time, it was quite remarkable. His achievements and success in business could not have been possible if not for his self-reliance, integrity and passion to make a difference. Rob is a very supportive colleague and I have been very happy to receive his guidance to achieve my own success. I'll keep watching this space to see what happens next! #Safetycoach! #Mentor!

I first met Rob whilst he was conducting Safety audits throughout the operations at UK Coal Surface Mining. He was instrumental in steering the Company through a mindset change in dealing with its safety challenges. I subsequently was mentored and guided by Rob through my SHE Level 6 Diploma (Extractive & Mineral process industries). Rob not only demonstrates an expert understanding of safety matters in the reality of the workplace but he is also a great mentor and coach. A thorough professional and if you haven't involved Safety Coaching in your workplace activities yet, do it sooner rather than later. He makes a difference !

Effective Safety Coaching and Mentoring Course I recently attended the above course, it was excellent in all respects, well organised and well delivered. I would recommend it to anyone who has to coach or mentor as part of their job role. It was targeted principally towards safety, but the skills learned are equally transferable to other disciplines. I took away the tools to better recognise and influence a diversity of people in the workplace.

I recently completed the IOSH Effective Safety Coach and Mentor course with Safety Coaching and highly recommend it. I found it informative, interactive and well-presented and have started using my learning with really positive results. Safety Coaching have also delivered training for me for a range of employees within the workplace - always with positive reviews. I highly recommend Safety Coaching for training delivery at all levels with an organisation.
