I found this compnay to be one of the most proffesional and helpful waste companies i have ever worked with.

Never received such poor customer service anywhere! They came and 'emptied' tank in July but a few weeks later we noticed our sewage pipes had blocked up. I lifted the lid of the tank and it was full!! They sent a different driver out and when he saw it he confirmed that it had not been emptied, in fact, I heard him on the phone to the office complaining that he was having to sort the other drivers 'mistakes' out again!! Must be a common occurrence!! I phoned the office to give them a chance to explain what had happened and perhaps offer an apology. All I got was the insistence that the tank had been emptied the first time and the second driver must be mistaken!!! Despite me reminding them that I saw it with my own eyes, I heard the second driver on the phone to the office moaning about having to deal with the other drivers mistakes 'AGAIN!!' and the second driver said that the tank had not been emptied. They just carried on and on telling me that the tank was emptied the first time but they did say that we would not be charged for the second visit!!! I couldn't believe my ears, how generous of them not to charge, despite charging for the first visit when nothing was done. I always thought that if a company charges for services that have not been carried out it was fraud, although I could be incorrect. Even when I pointed this out they carried on saying that I was wrong and the tank was emptied because that is what the first driver told them he did. All we wanted was an apology but none was forthcoming, even now 10 days later, no apology but it's too late now, what is done is done. An unbelievably arrogant reaction from a company whose own driver confirmed to us that the tank had not been emptied. They didn't seem to be listening to what we consider was a very valid complaint. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

I highly recommend this outfit if you are looking for a waste management solution around Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire. The support help and the customer service was incredible.
