** AVOID WORKERS** NO workers rights, NO pension NO benefits or contract as advertised on indeed, they start off as a really nice couple to work for, then the flaws kick in, owners are erratic so demanding , they like to call you out of work hours ie evenings and weekends even when on holiday. I was very good to them very helpful and kind, I helped them with a hell of a lot of IT and phone issues, I would use my car at certain times when theirs wasnt available or trips to the supermarkets and shops etc. Then the flaws kick in as time went on they just turn on you, I was blamed for things that I hadnt done due to their forgetfulness or lack of communication, they change your hours at a drop of a hat to what suits them and expect you to go along with it regardless of your situation. I have now seen them for what they are and I am glad I am away from this poison and now I understand why they are so disliked in Rangeworthy . We live and learn

Started out as a lovely couple and a positive relationship they were really nice, generous etc. Although quite demanding at times as would phone my wife on weekends and days off but she overlooked that due to good relationship and treated them as friends/family so she would happily drop stuff at home, to help them. The owner became quite erratic and wouldnt know where she placed things such as keys, blankets and towels for the B&B and and then blamed my wife and often forgot what she asked my wife to do (other staff that have since left warned my wife of this)and then just ended the contract based on that. Approach with caution, no contract, pension, or rights as quoted in the job adverts, and a very Jekyll and Hyde character. I did meet the husband and he was a charming fellow and had a good sense of humour. My wife used to go up the farm in her own time to help with their internet and other IT support and was treated poorly at the end, quite disgusting really, anyway we live and learn from these experiences and come back stronger and move on, appreciating that some have different morals and values to ourselves. Therefore, we wish them nothing but the best for the future and thank them for the experience.
