    Id give it a 0 if I could. Bought a wishing well through b&q had no idea it was actually this company selling through them. Parts missing to my product and the instructions manual gave me an email to email if that was the case. I email them just to be told they dont stock them and all they would offer me was 2.50 back!!! Literally couldnt assemble it without the parts, why send out faulty items and then not have a proper solution???

    Hopeless. Still waiting for delivery. Contacted so called customer services. Very unhelpful, and when I said that I was going to submit a bad review, accused me of blackmail. Avoid like the plague! BTW the CEO is Russell Payne, based in Cambridgeshire. Look him up on Companies House. Seems to have many fingers in a lot of pies! BTW I asked why they used Hermes as their "favoured courier despite their notorious reputation I was told that they were the cheapest. They also admitted that they they could only contact them by email as their phone number doesn't work. Bizarre!

    It is a pity that you cannot give lower than a 1-star rating, as this company merit a negative rating. We purchased an electric golf trolley 12 months ago. It turned out to be faulty (unsurprisingly). We returned the product, per their "easy returns policy", which was NOT easy. Since then, we have repeatedly chased for the funds to be returned. Promised a re-payment multiple times and we are now having to file County Court proceedings against them. If you are thinking of using this company, burn your money instead, it will save time ...

    terrible customer service.would not buy anything from them again. Part missing from greenhouse and they dont stock spares, offered me 2.50 to source the part myself. Shocking service. Avoid.
