Ramsey Health Centre

As with most GP surgeries everyone will have different and subjective experiences with theirs. Fortunately I generally have very positive experiences with Ramsey Health Centre. They are usually able to accommodate short notice appointments and most of the staff I have dealt with have been kind and caring.

If I could write them, no stars, I would do Given false information several times, most of the people working at Ramsey healthcare are rude and arrogant and they hang up. The phone also can never get an appointment and always dismissed, even if something is wrong

Poor service on dispensing of medication. Cannot get what I need as my illness does not conform to their way of thinking.

It's been getting harder and harder to collect your medication and this week I've been on the phone for 45 mins and no one's answered. Which means I won't get them until next week.. I'm meant to have a blood test every three months and nothing now for other 9 months. I received a better service when we was in Lockdown. Not sure what's happened but everyone I talk to has the same experience...

Another month of incorrect prescriptions forwarded to local pharmacy. Tried calling to get it sorted as am a diabetic and they had somehow placed hyperdermic needles upon the repeat prescription (which I never requested, as only ever request what I need), however they missed off all of my insulin!!! Tried calling, waited, waited, you know the story, no answer. Finally got through only to be told they were closed (17.00). Was told to call back tomorrow!!! Asked why they were closed and was informed it's been advertised for ages as they have training, sorry for not knowing. Checked their website, yep you guessed it, nothing on there that states closures due to training. Am quite gobsmacked that they tell you basically it's tough call back tomorrow, even though I am insulin dependent, and was they who mis-managed my prescription. I have never had any issues with any practices before moving recently to the area, and am quite shocked, they got my prescription wrong last month, but managed ok...this time though nuffs enough...CQC will be contacted.
