Sophies Convenience Store

Sophies saved the day again. I needed a stamp for a late card and called in not knowing if they sold stamps. They do! They also had some mini egg chocolate bars too which Ive not been able to buy anywhere since Easter! Always a lovely, friendly service and so handy for parcel drop offs. Thank you.

This store can be frustrating as they offer Amazon returns via the store but staff seem to be a little confused and ill-trained on how to deliver it efficiently. More training?

just went in this shop with my 7 year old Autistic son on the way back from school to return an Amazon package. When I was at the returns station the woman behind the counter asked my said to my son "You have the green sweet where is it, show me your pockets!" My son has never taken anything before but concerned I asked him to empty his pockets, When he did there was nothing there and he said he'd picked a sweet up to look see what it was but had put it back down. The women then shouted that "You're a very bad boy!" after which my son ran out of the shop in tears so I had to immediately follow!!! Right now I'm absolutely furious and my son if very upset because of this VILE WOMAN. I will be going back in to confront her when my children aren't around.
